History
This is the sixth annual summer institute conference supported by the Alaska Geriatric Education Center of the University of Alaska Anchorage. This conference is a highlight of the Summer Institute in Aging at the University of Alaska Anchorage. The Summer Institute includes summer courses as well as talks on aging for students, family members, older persons, care providers and professionals. This program is a product of a relationship with Northwest Geriatric Education Center of the University of Washington and an ongoing partnership with the Alaska Commission on Aging, the Center for Human Development and the gerontology program at the University of Alaska Anchorage.
