The 8th Annual Promoting Best Practices in Aging Conference cancelled!
The Alaska Geriatric Education Center (AKGEC) annual Promoting Best Practices in Aging Conference to be held June 4-5, 2010, will not be held this year. The conference planning committee regrets any inconvenience caused by this cancellation, but thank you for understanding. The AKGEC will use this year as an opportunity to revamp and develop a new distance delivered conference format to better meet the geriatric training needs indicated in our recent health professional training needs assessment. We hope to come back in 2011 with an even better learning experience.
